CANCELLATION POLICY
If the booking is cancelled outside 5 days of pick up there is a full refund of the deposit paid. If a booking is cancelled within 5-2 days before the start of the hire there is no refund of the booking deposit (20%). If the booking is cancelled on the day of pick up then 100% of the Gross rental is charged.
