Dunedin Airport Pickup and Drop off During Office Hours
The Dunedin office is located at Dunedin Airport. Follow the signs to the Rental Car Counters, exit the main terminal through the main doors and turn left, head towards the next building. The JUCY Desk will be in this building.
If no JUCY Staff are at the desk, please make your way over to the green and purple JUCY Garage, which is just next to the Rental Car Counter building.
Return the vehicle in the rental car parking area which is by the green and purple JUCY Garage. There are parks opposite the JUCY garage. Make sure all of their belongings are out of the vehicle, lock the car and return the keys to the JUCY Desk, which is located in the Car Rental Counter building next to the Airport.
Dunedin Airport Pickup and Drop off Outside Office Hours
Late pickups are available on request. A pre-registration form MUST be completed and faxed back to us NO LATER than 48 hours prior to despatch.
Your car will be at the JUCY Dunedin Airport branch, once you arrive at the terminal, head towards to “Rental Cars area” (left as you walk out of the terminal). Continue towards the Bright green & Purple JUCY garage, on the left wall (facing the garage) is a series of numbered lock boxes. We will let you know the number of the lock box for you vehicle. To open the lock box, all you need is the last 4 digits of your reservation Number (i.e. U112357 so the code will be 2357).
For all after hours returns, please return the vehicle to JUCY Dunedin Airport, park the vehicle in the drop off area opposite the green & purple JUCY garage and leave your keys in the key drop box located on our counter inside the rentals office area. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE CAR!

Dunedin was the largest city by territorial land area until superseded by Auckland on the creation of the Auckland Council in November 2010. Dunedin was the largest city in New Zealand by population until about 1900.
The Dunedin urban area lies on the central-eastern coast of Otago, surrounding the head of Otago Harbour. The harbour and hills around Dunedin are the remnants of an extinct volcano. The city suburbs extend out into the surrounding valleys and hills, onto the isthmus of the Otago Peninsula, and along the shores of the Otago Harbour and the Pacific Ocean.
The city's largest industry is tertiary education – Dunedin is home to the University of Otago, New Zealand's first university (1869), and the Otago Polytechnic. Students account for a large proportion of the population: 21.6 percent of the city's population was aged between 15 and 24 at the 2006 census, compared to the New Zealand average of 14.2 percent.
