Can I request a specific location?
We only offer the relocations as listed on our website, because we need to get the vehicles from one specific branch to another.
Am I able to extend the hire period?
Yes, however this is subject to availability, at the standard daily rate for the vehicle. Please give our JUCY Crew a call on 0800 399 736 to discuss this further. Your booking will still need to be made through the website.
What's included in the relocation special?
This varies for each deal, from $1 per day for hire, a free tank of fuel or free vehicle on the ferry. It's important to read the info, so you know what's included for each deal.
How do I book a relocation special?
All relocation specials are available online only and need to be booked in through our website.
What does a free tank of fuel mean and how does that work?
When you collect your vehicle, your vehicle will have full tank of fuel. When you drop the vehicle off, you can drop it off empty.
What is included in the free vehicle on ferry?
We include the cost of the vehicle travelling on the ferry in the relocation deal. What you’ll have to cover is the cost of passengers, yourself and any travelling companions on the ferry.
How do I book the ferry?

What's included in my daily rate e.g. $1 per day?
The daily rate includes unlimited millage and Risk Taker insurance, which has a standard excess as follows: $2,000 for cars, $3,000 excess for Campa’s and $5,000 excess for Casa’s, to reduce the excess to $0 you will need to pay an additional daily fee.
How often are these deals put up?
These specials are available as and when we need to get vehicles from A to B.
