Airport Shuttle

You'll be pleased to know that during office hours, we offer a free shuttle transfer to and from the Gold Coast airport. When you arrive at Gold Coast Airport, simply call us on our JUCY free phone number (1800 150 850) and press OPTION 1 then OPTION 3 and we will come and collect you in our JUCY Shuttle bus. Follow signs to the "Shuttle Waiting Area" and look out for a Green and Purple van.

When We Are Closed: Pick Up And Drop Off

Collecting your vehicle

Make your way to the JUCY Gold Coast Branch
Key lock boxes are located on the wall on the right-hand side outside the gate.
Locate your box (last name label on box).
Enter your 4-digit code (last 4 digits of your Rental Agreement number).
Your key tag will display the registration plate number of your vehicle.
Vehicles are parked in front of the building.

This service is available for car hires only. A fee of $30 per booking will apply for collecting outside of office hours.

Returning your Vehicle:

Please park your vehicle in a JUCY carpark space outside of the branch
Vehicle must be returned clean and tidy as per Ts&Cs

Please ensure you have:

Refilled the fuel
Turned off all electrical items
Closed all windows and sunroof
Removed all rubbish
Closed and LOCKED all doors
Returned the keys in the After Hours Key Return box located on the wall on the right hand side outside the gate.
