Picking Up Your Vehicle

In Hours:

Coming from Auckland City:

If you're coming from the central city, you'll need to make your own way to the branch. It's a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride (approximately $10) from downtown Auckland. Both the Inner Link and Outer Link buses pass nearby.

Coming from JUCY Snooze Auckland City:

Our JUCY shuttle is available to pick you up from the JUCY Snooze hotel, located at 62 Emily Pl, Auckland City. The shuttle takes about 10 minutes (traffic dependent - at worst this can take 25 minutes). To organise a shuttle pick up, call 0800 399 736, +64 9 929 2462 or email res@jucyworld.com. Please make shuttle arrangements at least 24 hours in advance.

After Hours:

If you’re picking up outside of hours, follow the instructions below to collect your vehicle. If you need help at any point, call us on 0800 399736.
- Make your own way to the JUCY Customer Centre.
- Once you reach the Customer Centre, you will see the second set of gates to your right. You will need to access the pedestrian gate using a 4 digit code that will be given to you by our Reservations Team when you are setting up your After Hours pick up.
- You can find the registration number of your vehicle next to your last name written on the whiteboard.
- Open the lock with the last four digits of your reservation number, for example, R00001234, the code will be 1234. Inside the box, you'll find the keys to your JUCY vehicle.
- Take a look around, your vehicle should be right behind you!

Dropping Off Your Vehicle

In Hours:

Only cars can be returned to this location. Please ensure your vehicle is full of petrol and you have removed all of your belongings and rubbish before dropping off your car. Take your vehicle keys inside to our awesome JUCY Crew.

After Hours:

Only cars can be returned after hours at this location. Please park your vehicle in one of the pay & display parks nearby the branch. You'll need to pay any parking charges/tickets if applicable. Please ensure the vehicle is locked, full of petrol and empty of your belongings and rubbish. Please place the keys in the hole in the wall on the side of the JUCY building, closest to The Strand.
Campervans cannot be returned to this location.
