The Dunedin Customer Centre is located at Dunedin Airport. Once you have collected any luggage from your flight, simply follow the signs to the rental car counters, exit the main terminal through the central doors and turn left. From here, head towards the next building and you’ll see the JUCY desk in this building.

If you can’t see any of our JUCY crew at the desk, please make your way over to the green and purple JUCY garage, which is just next to the rental car counter building. When we’re not helping our awesome customers, we’ll be getting the next lot of cars ready for people just like you!

To return your vehicle during office hours, head to the rental car parking area which is by the green and purple JUCY garage. You’ll see some car parks to pull in to, just opposite our garage.  Don’t forget to make sure you’ve got all your belongings from the vehicle, then lock the car and return the keys to the JUCY desk, inside the car rental counter building next to the Airport. Too easy.

Dunedin, also known as the Edinburgh of the South is the second-largest city in the South Island and offers a mix of Scottish heritage and culture, a vibrant University and unique wildlife!

Dunedin’s attractions include New Zealand’s only castle, Larnach Castle, an old Edwardian home at Olveston Family Home and Otago Museum, one of New Zealand’s oldest. Visit the iconic Speights brewery and take a tour ending with a tasting or two, or see the newer craft beer brewery Emerson's in action. If you love your wildlife, don’t miss out on a kiwi spotting tour at Orokonui Ecosanctuary, visit the rare yellow eyed Penguins at the Penguin Place or check out the Albatross Colony on the Otago Peninsula.

Despite being renown for it's less than tropical weather, Dunedin has some spectacular beaches with good surf north and south and a range of safe swimming beaches. Head to St Clair beach and Salt Water Pool and gaze towards the Antarctic or if you want to feel alone at the end of New Zealand, take in Tunnel Beach

Pick-Up:

  • The Information Desk located on the ground floor of the Arrivals Terminal, will have your keys and instructions ready and waiting.
